In this job, you'll provide support to the Distribution Project Management (DPM) group. The PM Construction Specialist supports the DPM Project Manager and the Project Team by monitoring and tracking progress and project status from scope review and design, through construction and project close-out. Support is provided for a multitude of different project types, all related to the completion of critical Infrastructure Upgrade work.

Responsibilities
- Supports the pre-construction/construction planning processes by crafting and supervising action items and leading project team member adherence; function as a subject matter expert for tool/system of record to help maintain the integrity of the data stored, assist with access and training, and provide other assistance as needed.
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary project teams which often consist of 30 or more members.
- Assists the project manager with all project-related support tasks, such as preparation of progress reports, tracking of project achievements, metrics, schedules, and budgets; provide status to project manager leadership and stakeholders.
- Establishes, presents, and applies project procedures, directives, and bulletins to ensure compliance with SCE's policies and procedures.
- Utilizes project management tools and systems, including Microsoft Project, to maintain sophisticated project schedules.
- Crafts and maintains project documentation, including version control, distribution, document storage/retention in sophisticated document libraries and access control
- Develops presentations and other project. documentation for review by departmental and organizational management and executive committees for approval to proceed through the project gates and stages.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend and implement new reporting features or format.
- Function as leader/owner for the organizational SharePoint, OneNote, Shared Drives and system tools to ensure adherence to company policies; cross validate data across various data sources to ensure accuracy and identify possible updates.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
• Two or more years of Project Support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using P6 to track project progress.
- Electric distribution experience.
- Experience in project management theories and practices using IPSEC model.
- Experience crafting and maintaining records, logs, documents, files, or databases for use in monitoring, tracking, and trending program/project costs, budget and production variance, resources, schedules, and status for management with attention to detail.
- Experience reviewing, updating, and preparing reports, documents, or correspondence for internal and external customers to provide project updates and status with attention to detail.
- Experience performing risk analysis, capturing documents, and researching data on assigned topics, using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects/assignments concurrently with minimal oversight under tight timelines.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and SAP.
- Ability to integrate work across relevant areas, manage information, and provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
Additional Information
- This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the projects that they oversee which includes safety, quality, estimating and financial results.
Duties and Responsibilities
40% Financial
- Manage projects assigned from pre-construction through final payment of the work.
- Schedule and lead internal and external preconstruction planning and meetings.
- Ensure that proper subcontracts and material purchase orders are submitted and approved prior to work activities.
- Create and maintain accurate project schedules that are communicated to both internal and external stakeholders. Includes internal daily schedules.
- Review daily schedules, trucking schedules, plant schedules, etc. for correctness of projects managed.
- Maintain daily contact with employees supervised to ensure proper knowledge of projects managed.
- Ensure that project quantities are tracked and reported daily in DQW. Review daily and weekly P&L reports for accuracy.

What you'll do:
The primary function of a Field Project Manager is to create value and establish the project order management process as a key differentiator from our competitors. This position is heavily involved in the electrical and mechanical details of major strategic Datacenter project orders. The Field Project Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account.

Overview
The Sr. Maintenance and Reliability Engineer has primary responsibility for the Asset Management and Reliability plan for the Chemical Manufacturing site located in Tanton, MA. This is a new $252 million facility involving highly technical chemical processes.
The succesful candidate will be the SME for reliability on site and assesses risk, develops plans, implements mitigation, and facilitates improvements by collaborating with a highly skilled maintenance, engineering and tech support team.
This position reports into the Maintenance and Facilities manager.
Responsibilities
Reliability Engineering:
- Manage the Mechanical Integrity and Reliability program at the Taunton Facility.
- Develop and implement a strategic reliability plan, including mechanical integrity, instrument calibration, and equipment reliability, for all critical assets.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and failure patterns.
- Work with the Process Engineering and Tech Support departments in identifying in-house problems, implementing solutions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete failure mode assessments on new equipment to determine potential breakdowns and design preventative maintenance plans to minimize.
Maintenance Optimization:
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Conduct investigations on breakdowns to identify true root cause and implement effective long-term repairs and solutions.
- Evaluate and enhance CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) usage and data integrity.
- Support planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to minimize production impact.
Project & Asset Management:
- Assist in capital projects related to equipment upgrades and replacements.
- Provide technical support for equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
- Maintain asset integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all maintenance, mechanical integrity, and asset reliability programs and activities comply with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures compliance with the Mechanical Integrity standards for the site OSHA PSM (Process Safety Management, 29 CFR 1910.119) program.
- Participate in audits and inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- BS in one of the following engineering disciplines; Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial plus eight years working in a maintenance and reliability function OR a High School Diploma and a minimum of 15 years working in a similar role.
- Significant experience in the implementation and application of OSHA's PSM (Process Safety Management) principles.
- A detailed working knowledge of ASME, NFPA, API and OSHA maintenance, reliability, and mechanical integrity standards and best practices.
- A strong knowledge of reliability tools and methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA).
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) systems (Maximo preferred)
- Demonstrated capability to apply reliability engineering principles to design and development activities

What Your Job Will Be Like:
We are seeking a Research & Development Manager to lead the Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF) Development and Experiments Department. This department is responsible for the application of Sandia's pulsed power science and technologies to advance thermonuclear fusion capabilities and address important challenges in fusion and high energy density physics for defense applications. The department is mainly responsible for developing advanced cryogenic, tritium, and nuclear diagnostic capabilities in addition to fielding these capabilities on Sandia's Z machine and performing experimental ICF programmatic research. Extensive opportunities exist to collaborate with internal and external scientists on research in the broad areas of inertial confinement fusion and high energy density science.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing leadership and coordination of the Center's research activities in experimental elements of NNSA's Inertial Confinement Fusion program on the Z machine.
- Ensuring that NNSA customer needs are satisfied safely and securely through managing and coordinating specific deliverables
- Management of x-ray diagnostic, cryogenics, and gas-fill capability development and operations on the Z Facility
- Working with the 1680 management team and staff to set the technical direction and priorities of the inertial confinement fusion program
- Working with the Z facility to optimize its capabilities for fusion research
- Developing and maintaining strategic collaborations with scientists at universities, industrial partners, LLNL, LANL, and AWE on existing and new applications of the Z facility
- Recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, and work assignments of personnel in the organization
