Our AI is only as good as the product it's embedded in. As a Fullstack Developer, you'll build exactly that product: the interface where quality managers and manufacturing professionals work every day. You'll work across the entire stack – from React 3D viewer components to standalone public APIs – and help shape how our product grows technically.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Frontend with React: You'll continue developing our product's web interface using React and TypeScript. You'll build thoughtful, performant components that allow our users to review technical drawings, approve inspection characteristics, and generate reports.

Backend with NestJS: You'll implement APIs, business logic, and integrations in NestJS. You'll ensure cleanly structured modules, clear domain models, and well-defined interfaces between the frontend, ML services, and third-party systems.

Quality & Security: You'll write clean, tested code and consider security from day one. Since our customers entrust us with their design data, topics like authentication, authorization, encryption, and auditability are second nature to you.

Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with the Product Owner, CTO, and ML team. You'll gather requirements, challenge them, propose alternatives, and translate them into technical solutions that hold up over time.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3-4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer in a production SaaS environment.
• Strong command of React and TypeScript – including state management, performance optimization, and testing.
• Solid experience with NestJS (or a comparable framework) and building production-grade APIs.
• Basic understanding of database management and efficiency in operations.
• Experience working in codebases with CI/CD pipelines in multiple deployed environments.
• A sharp instinct for clean code, testing, and maintainability – you build not just for today, but for the years ahead.
• A structured, self-directed working style and the ability to take ownership of topics from the first sketch to the live system.
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Solid understanding of core software engineering concepts, design principles, and development practices

The opportunity

For the Grid Integration Operating Unit team in Västerås, Sweden, we are now looking for a Project Controller to be a part of our Financial Team and join us in our exciting journey ahead!

In this role you will play a key role in financial controlling by providing valuable support and guidance in all financial and commercial matters, while actively driving project performance. Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

Joining us as an early-stage Mobile Software Developer, you are going to own a massive piece of the app's architecture and user experience. You will build our mobile technical foundation from scratch, making the core decisions on everything from API integration and performance monitoring to UI architecture and state management.

• Own the product beyond the interface: You will have end-to-end ownership over your feature releases. This means building smooth user journeys, managing complex local state, and ensuring the app delivers native-like, top-tier performance. Expect to write the code, ship it, and continuously iterate on what you've built.
• Design smart, scalable systems: You will lay out a robust mobile foundation relying on modern patterns such as MVVM or TCA. A major part of this is seamlessly connecting the client with our Effect-based backend and AI systems. You'll tackle tough engineering challenges, specifically focusing on streaming AI responses, real-time synchronization, and offline-first logic.

Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

As a Backend Engineer on our core team, you will heavily influence our technical direction and system architecture. We give you total ownership over the foundational systems powering our product. On any given day, you might be designing database schemas, writing API responses, or setting up observability dashboards.

• Drive systems from start to finish: If you build the infrastructure, you own it. You will handle the entire development lifecycle, from early data modeling and API design to deploying and monitoring your work in production. You'll also iterate on our core architecture so our Effect & TypeScript codebase remains highly maintainable, type-safe, and resilient.
• Build more than simple endpoints: You are taking on the platform's hardest engineering challenges. We aren't just wiring together standard CRUD apps here—you will design advanced AI pipelines, intricate authorization logic, and complex asynchronous workflows to solve real, difficult problems for our users.

Example projects you might work on:

• A deeply flexible authorization engine that handles complex permission requirements across various institutional setups, utilizing a combination of ABAC and ReBac
• Advanced AI pipelines designed to extract text and visual data from documents using several different models, subsequently mapping those concepts into knowledge graphs
• Core architecture migration transitioning our existing fullstack monolith into a purely type-safe API layer powered by Effect

• Du hast Erfahrung in der UI-Steuerung über Code-Behind mit JavaScript und/oder TypeScript.
• Du bringst Erfahrung mit C# und .NET mit. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit React und Azure sind von Vorteil.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
